Doesn't matter if someone has better from my understanding of what avacado said. The more submissions we get as a team, stock, overclocked, slow or fast, the better. So do it up man!

Correct. Any round that lists multiple submissions for an average is fair game. My goal for this compo is to garner as much team participation as possible. If you have the tech, sub a bench. Lets just have some fun!

I actually have a * ton of Koolance QDC 3's lying around. What size were you needing? 10/16? I think I have a few 13/16 ordered by mistake too.

Hey @pioneerisloud, @UltraMega - Get your Zen 2/ Zen 3 stuff up on the AMD CPU DDR4 comp. Another team knocked us out of 1st since they have 2 submissions.

I like my tubing like I like my women... Thicc. Aside from sff builds I typically run 13/19 tubes with QD4s.

If I get a dedicated test bench going I could use any size so I might hit you up on those when I get to that point.

I'll have to look at what all fittings I have too. I have tons in various sizes, but If they are any of the sizes I have, I'd be happy to buy em off ya.

Back on topic, can I do multiple submissions with different hardware to the same category on HWBOT? For the i5's I'll definitely run the 11600k since it's already sitting on my workbench. I can also run my 5900x for the AMD category.

Combing back over the limitations on the other categories, I can also run my 960 and 2080 in the Nvidia category

You can run as much as you like in any category if you have different pieces of hardware. I will add everything listed above to the sheet.

Anybody want to hop in the discord channel tonight around 9:30 maybe 10pm pst and give me a hand? I'll be getting my camera going so I can show what I'm benching. I've never done hwbot before other than a single cpuz submission years ago. 🙂

Just thought a Friday night would be a good time. If not, it's cool. I'm a big boy, I can read the rules myself. Rules are meant to be bent, right? 🤣

It's great to see you guys pushing things hard, this way the site gets it's name out there and earns rep for doing it.

I will mention an obvious thing - Be sure to check the rules BEFORE subbing or even doing a run in a given category. This way your efforts won't be wasted and, in the case of an illegal sub you won't be penalized in terms of sub removal - If it's gets bad enough it could affect you directly so be sure to KNOW the rules before doing a run and go by them.
If there is something you don't know or understand - Ask.

Aside from that, good luck and happy hunting, benching.... Whatever works for you. 👌

EDIT:
@pioneerisloud You are not allowed to "Downcore" chips, so you can't use the 1100T in the Stage 3 AMD CPU part of it.
You are allowed to unlock cores though. You'll have to run either a true quad core or find an AM3 that you can unlock to 4 good cores to be legal.

That's been a thing at the bot across the board so if you run your 1100T for that part of the comp it will get tossed.
Only real exceptions are for benchmarks that core count doesn't affect the results of such as Super PI, lots of subs there with disabled cores and yes, I have a few myself that way.

For some reason my best submission, so far, for SuperPI 32M DDR4 AMD comp doesn't actually show up in rankings. Says I disabled them, but I assure you I've checked and have not.

On another note, I have a 16GB DDR4-3600 14-14-14-34 kit on the way, should get here Thursday. Going to see if I can get us further on that one as this Hynix kit I have just isn't tuning much at 3733 16-19-19-39.

We already established that was a mistake on the discord, but should I be adding rig photos?

I told myself the setup in my bedroom was temporary which is why I didn't even attempt cable management, but the ole garage shelf is doing just fine so it will probably look like this forever 😂

Spoiler

Some pics of the the rig I did the GB5 run on plus a bonus cat picture.

Usually in almost every compo, a picture of the running rig is a requirement. Though I just realized it's not expressly stated on the rules. It's a force of habit, though I think you'll be good without it. It's good practice to throw one in if possible.
