Love the black shirt. Would go for a cap in black. The white looks nice, but it wouldn't after a day or two. White never stays nice and clean for me. I like the graphic on the cap a lot. Good stuff.

Yea I can do whatever, but after the foldathon. It's hot as balls in the office and I don't have PS on my other PCs

The site we're trialing right now doesn't offer non-embroidered hats in any color except white and this image wouldn't work for an embroidered design.

I have a folder of all the artwork I have collected for this project so far, and I've made it available to download via OneDrive here. This folder may be updated over time. 

 

You can use this folder to see what's being worked with, and feel free to build upon it. 

 

 

The resolution limit for T-Shirts is 4500x5100. Images should be at least 3000x3500 to be usable on a T-shirt to avoid the need for adjustments to the image. @neurotix

@Fluxmaven It might be easier if you can send me the retro image without the EHW logo at all, and then send the EHW logo as a separate png. That would make it easier for me to fit the design into more places. Personally, I like the Japanese text, feel free to send multiple versions if it's feasible but no worries if not. We appreciate the time you have spent on this for sure. The image you made came out really well, that's why we're bugging you about it so much.

Correct. Last time I looked the images are set to be downscaled. So best bet is to stick to Zip files as you mentioned.

They have what they have. I don't dislike the white, or this color. I avoid light-colored hats (and other clothing) because I can't avoid staining them with my grimy way of life, LOL. Hats and caps, especially, start looking rough quickly for me. I generally wear them out in the sun, so they end up with a sweat stain across the part covering my forehead. It only takes a day or two in the Arizona blast furnace to look kind of nasty. Even though they are machine washable, they never look the same again after washing.

 

This should not affect everyone else though. Only sharing why black (or dark colors) are better suited to my needs. I really like that design though. It looks very good.

I'm not a hat person but the hats seem to be a popular topic. The embroidered hat designs come in more colors, but the image can't have too many small parts to it if the background is clear. I haven't focused a lot on the embroidered hats specifically, but I'll see if I can get some more designs to work for it.

Those look great but one is missing: the logo with gradient icons on a white shirt. (Let me know if it wasn't in the high res art i sent but I'm pretty sure I included it)

I will be ordering some samples to check the quality sometime this weekend. 

 

Once quality is confirmed as good, then there will be the process of selecting the products that will make it to the store for order

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. The embroidered hat is the only one that comes more colors than white and brown. Any other hats cannot come in black at all. Both the embroidered hats currently posted come in different colors.
