Lenovo Ideapad 110-15ACL cannot enter the BIOS setup, it always reboots. Advice?

BLOODY HELL MATE! After nearly 2 years of being without BIOS i finally fixed it! 

Booting the first few times usually got stuck on the lenovo logo before the boot started (No windows spinny thing or grub) but after a few attempts it booted.

ps - то, как я узнал, что имя файла было случайным шестнадцатеричным поиском в bios.cap с помощью HxD, я набрал кучу разных слов, протестировал их все и, наконец, протестировал 1QCrisis.bin, и это сработало.

Hello, could someone give me the BIOS.cap file? I try to follow the steps but it doesn't work for me. The orange LED only blinks and the screen is black. Could it be that it is not the correct file? Or will I have to try more pendrives?

Rename the BIOS.cap to 1QCrisis.bin & follow my instructions on other pages it involves holding Fn + R.

Do I need to do any steps with wincrisis? or do I have to execute commands in the console? . I still don't know how to prepare my pendrive.
PS: Someone explain to me from scratch how to do it, please.

1QCrisis.bin on the root of the fat32 usb flash drive plug in to black usb 2.0 port on the left of the laptop unplug power power off.  Then make sure your battery is 100% or so and plugged in & hold FN + R then power then continue to hold FN + R but let go of power button & if the BIOS recognizes the flash drive if it has a LED Indicator on it that shows its in use thats a plus & it should show on screen proceeding to recover the BIOS.  Good luck.

okay. I'm going to keep trying because I've had this problem for more than 2 years and I still couldn't solve it .

is it just doing this? format a USB drive in fat32 and copy those two files to the USB drive? . Turn off the laptop and turn it on by holding fn + r ?. I did these steps and I get nothing. just the orange LED flashing and the black screen. I'll keep trying with more USB drives. (I already tried with 2 pendrives and 2 microSD with USB adapter, and it didn't work  )

You need to view file extensions, the 1QCrisis.bin is 1QCrisis.bin.cap on your system.  Rename it properly & only have just 1 file on there, the renamed BIOS.cap to 1QCrisis.bin.

I fixed it !!. Apparently my version of Windows does not change the file extension, it just renames it. or I was doing it wrong haha I downloaded a program called UEFItool that exported from the .cap file to .bin and from there I tried different USBs until one of them worked for me and now it can enter the bios/uefi normally. I will leave the program and the file that solved my problem. Thanks brother, you are a genius!!!

THANK YOU for this, was giving up after those stupid yt and text links (just retelling the obvious) google was providing.
Your file and description worked first time.
Your instructions should be on top of the search in google, not those really stupid ones.
Your perseverance and also kind sharing it with the world helped make this laptop work again, instead of posioning a dump on a landfill somewhere far away.

Your method and thread saved a perfectly fine lenovo laptop from rotting somewhere in my house for who knows how long.

I bought the old lenovo laptop to be used as a home server, unfortunately, just like you, the BIOS screen was nowhere to be seen and secure boot being enabled prevented me to install linux on it (booting into the installer). I was kinda mad about it for the past week, I had tried everything to reach the BIOS, resetting windows, opening up my PC, resetting the cmos battery, changing the hard drive, I then came to use lenovo's bios installer executable but because the baterry on the laptop was totally dead, this program couldn't run, I used other bios updater programs, they did not work either.

I came across your thread and well, everything works now (you can't imagine how happy I was when the bios screen appeared, I couldn't even believe my eyes at first).

I'm still having issues because I also have a black screen despite the right button is blinking orange and having the fat32 USB containing 1QCrisis.bin within it exported from .cap using UEFITool.exe to do so, but I found a good video and I'm going to see if by following these hex modification procedures that this will all work out somehow.

I hope I can bypass the hardware requirement though... I already had my dad spend money on replacing the bios battery for me thinking that was the issue.

welp, thanks to this issue, I took an interest in computer science and electrical engineering so much that now I'm in rolling into a university to study it and just got a broken PS3 delivered to me in order to learn how to fix it in the same way that I approached this stupid laptop.
Here's hoping to the next generation of engineers that they don't end up making problems for their customers to the point that they feel the need to become engineers themselves.
