I'm folding the whole farm for a bit. I caught a snippet of the PPD from HFM for my signature, but everything is on Ubuntu now. I'm seeing 10-15 million more PPD vs my best Windows measurement recorded to date so far. 

 

Should roll past 2 billion next update.

Yeah, so I went to add coolbits=28 (so i could oc) all of the GPU's and ran the commands to oc them. All was well until I rebooted them all to a black screen. I just started over again because it was easiest to get them all back up, but I have to test that on 1 pc again until I get it working right.

 

Thanks guys. We're doing pretty great collectively vs this time last year  

 

2022 should be more growth for us, at least I hope.

Pretty much. Enterprise owns this one, so it's back in the enthusiasts hands. We even had prizing 2x last year, and not small prizing by an means. The vets are trying to support him in his endeavor.  I mean, even I un-retired .

 

Guys, some of us are going to help [H] in a week long event starting January 23rd, so you'll see a dip for a week. Why? Well, @firedflyhas been a wonderful help to us all here, and he's from [H], and although they were our former folding enemy, we really appreciate him. It's all for the same cause. Hopefully, next year we can convince them to make it a 3 way battle, and get back to some form of Chimp Challenge battles without all of the headache algorithms.

Apparently my A2000 is too new. Won't fold. In Windows it just gets an error and says I can fold Beta GPUs for no points and sits with the slot disabled. Any of you guys run into this with a new card?

That is a sweet ass card. It has no display out correct? I assume maybe it's driver conflict related. I have only ever encountered disabled with Tesla's and when trying to run different varieties of cards in the same system.

It's not a bad little card. I needed some little cards for my server and managed to get them for MSRP from CDW... just had to wait 2 months for my order lol. It does have display outputs. Currently no display connected since it's not the primary card. Tried both Windows and Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu Server) with various drivers and clean installs and DDU and such.
