I've had similar experiences with Amazon lately. Most recently I purchased an office chair cover. It arrived with a broken zipper, so I put in for a replacement. Well the replacement had one back cover, two bottom covers and was missing the armrest covers. thought ok, maybe 3rd times a charm, but they only gave me a refund option at that point which is probably for the best lol.

pay no attention to the 6850, ive had that forever.

 

this thing will have the snot benched out of it, and then replace my lowly i7 2600 as the game server for rust, and maybe other games aswell if we get things busy around here for community gaming

Sometimes I have had success by opening the file in the lowly MS Paint and then resaving it with a different file name .

well... since AM4 is pretty much EOL and I won't likely upgrade boards for a while, not to mention prices coming down.... I ordered a 5950x is what I'm trying to say.... I know, I know, I don't really need it... but I bet it will be a sweat upgrade from the 3900x and will pair better with the 6900xt.

Nice ! I got my 5950X just under a year ago, and it does everything very well and in some things, 5950X is exceptional. What mobo are you using for it ?

I once ordered A Glove Clip for the belt and the bag that supposed to contain it had a pocket knife in it worth like 1$ ???

 

Amazon sent me another one. No idea how it happened because it was in a sealed bag with the clip printed on it.

It's really not that scary at all, the kits make it so much easier to delid these days. To be honest I was quite disappointed with my delid + copper IHS. I maybe dropped like 3-5c per core at most. I do think it looks *really* good though, I do love some raw copper look.
