  1. I'm interested in the custom panels and radiator mounts you'll come up with. I have some idea's for my own build but it never hurts to steal some idea's Also a lot of nice hardware and tools on the way to you!
  2. Thanks guys, I ordered a bunch of those and some different pads. I have a few cards that I need to repaste/repad anyways. The thickness was in the manual for the strix block, 0.5 and 1.0mm. The block was cleaned 6 months ago, but it went in a system with red fluid and has been online 24/7 since that day. I should have flushed that system like I did in the main system and use distilled water with biocides etc. Instead I was lazy and refilled it with the red dp ultra and the whole loop is red again. The block is clean now, and so is the CPU block and the radiator. Waiting on the pads so I can install the block on the GPU, the loop is almost ready.
  3. Time to clean the block (sarcasm) Maybe a good thing I removed the block, the thermal pads were dried out. Any advice for good thermal pads on an Asus Strix 2080ti?
  4. Metal is my #1 genre on spotify, but I do like a lot of different music too. The mood really plays a big role in the choice of music, I listen to this kind of music after working long days or at the end of a long drive. That's also a nice remix, I guess if you remix a masterpiece like "Time" there will be a good chance it'll turn out great.
  5. I bet that nut was once welded to the chassis, happened a few times to me too while working on cars. Some dirt buildup on the thread and it'll just snap the welds while unscrewing the bolt But at least you spent 15 minutes more on your car project than I have in the last 3 years
  6. Haha thanks! Even more reason to drool
  7. Another 24 hours of 3090 for someone with less than 5 mill PPD. Also, no prizes for me this time
  8. Welcome to EHW Federico!
  9. 3 Noctua NF-A20 fans (black ones) are on the way for the workstation build, needs a little more moving air around the GPU's. And I decided to switch some hardware between different builds, so I had to order a pump res combo (EK-Quantum Kinetic TBE 160) with a 120 rad mount and some fittings to make it all work.
  10. That's a lot of hardware to play with! The curtains, the desk and the monitor on the right?
  11. Nice temps! The system called "Ludwig" on my HFM is a 1080ti from Gigabyte, I have it set at 2012mhz for now but it is stable at 2037mhz on air with 125% power limit and not touching the voltage. I'm wondering where your card maxes out!
  12. In Bastiaan_NL Will have to do some work on the Workstation to get everything running in time! Also, @Alex did not claim the folding time.
  13. Welcome here I think it's better to use the 2080ti for this, that one is watercooled and runs 24/7 anyways. I might just overclock it again and run it full power instead of capped for the ETF. One day the 3090 will be watercooled too, but that will be once I can get a Heatkiller block for an FTW3............ CPU can be cool, if it's not used for anything other than folding. The 3950x can do half a mil PPD, but that'll hurt my 3090's PPD. I had it online for some time finishing a unit every 30 minutes, almost 50 units a day by itself! Specific hardware list is: 2x RTX 3090 1x RTX 2080Ti 1x RTX 2080 Super 1x GTX 1660Ti 1x GTX 1650 Super 1x RX 5700XT Ryzen 3950x i7 7700k 10900x i3 9100f But the most dedicated system will always be the 9100f with the 2080ti, silent and watercooled so it's cool even mid summer. [edit] Sold the i3 and its motherboard, the 2080ti is now paired with the 7700k under water which is now the "most dedicated system".
  14. Enjoy this one with good headphones And another version I like while driving late at night:
  15. That's a nice free jump! And a few solar panels to power them and the ac? 4kwh is no joke
  16. It's not perfect though, a few things look a bit weird and some colors are hard to read (like the "topic starter").
  17. Next level paint skills! Is that green thing a GPU?
  18. Good Lord, thanks a lot!! My eyes will be forever grateful
  19. Just that easy, no passkey needed to find out I was a cheating ninja..
  20. The 3090 should stay online, most of the units for the past 20 hours reported 11-33 seconds TPF and a few reported ~55 seconds TPF. Not much I can do about it though, depends on luck. Why is Z not here yet? I could show my gratitude with a "like" for those hourly updates
  21. Haha, that would be so cool! (see what I did there? ) I doubt my boss would like it though, after a few coworkers leaving it's getting a bit out of control with how much work there is to do.
  22. If I search that log I only find this: "<passkey v='*****'/>" And for the TC you'll need this one for the 5700xt system: http://bastiaannl.42web.io/The Office-log.txt
