  1. Congrats! Huge milestone for sure.
  2. We've gotten some new folks on the forum in recent weeks, may as well give 'er the old bump. Anyone been watching out for the F1 livery reveals? Only Ferrari left, but I think we all know what it's gonna look like. Nascar has been pretty good so far this season, including the Busch Clash. Don't have really high expectations for today's race, but you never know.
  3. I'll throw my two cents in. I've gone through a lot of Logitech mice over the years (for whatever reason they only seem to last a little over two or three years for me), including four wireless ones: G700S, G900, G602, and the new G604. My main three that I use now are the latter of the four wireless ones, and I've never had any wireless connectivity issues with them. Wireless has pretty much become a requirement for new mice for me. Definitely recommend Logitech mice since the hardware and software are both pretty good imo. Plus they seem to last longer for everyone other than me, so that's a bonus for your consideration.
  4. Yep, like I mentioned in the actual conversation I didn't realize you could actually add people after. Not sure if it will let you after you create a group of yourself + 5 though. Actually I'll try adding someone right now... EDIT: Nope, doesn't let you add anyone beyond the original 6.
  5. Shout-out to Blade Runner music. The OSTs from both movies are fantastic.

    new case

I love both of these, makes me want to set up something similar when I have the tools and space, though I don't really have a good, functional reason to.
  7. Source: https://www.pcgamer.com/amd-ryzen-3000-cpus-get-go-ahead-for-performance-boosting-smart-access-memory/ There has been some talk and speculation about 3000 CPUs getting SAM for the past few months but now it's official.
  8. Nice, definitely interested in this. One other thing I'll add: as a OCN TC vice captain and folding editor over there, we were just starting to talk about different ways to balance teams up until the most recent platform migration, which put a stop on most developments. I know it's been mentioned a little in this thread already, but maybe even just re-organizing categories could be useful, something like a Tier 1-3 system and maybe split between Nvidia and AMD since the bang-for-buck between the two isn't very consistent. I think once the questionnaire gets a lot of replies and we see what pool of GPUs we have, that conversation will be a lot easier.
  9. Filled, thanks for getting this ball rolling @BWG.
  10. That's hilarious, I'd love to see it used as a case lid just for the absurdity of it.
  11. @Mistio Just noticed you're missing a word in the thread title.
  12. Wheyy, consistently 100+ WUs per day. Nice little personal victory, I suppose. Great participation everyone!
  13. Interesting, I'll be keeping an eye on this. I'm especially curious about how much music will be available in a higher quality than they have now and how much it will cost.
  14. Yep, and then you just had to go and participate in the competition lmao The audacity...
  15. Hit 1 billion points for EHW today! That puts me at just over three billion total: https://stats.foldingathome.org/donor/245283 Been quite the journey with this site and with folding overall. EDIT: ayy 500 posts too
  16. Most of my points are coming from my daily rigs that I don't yet have final pics for since I've been waiting on some sleeved cables for a couple months now, but my dedicated folding rig is detailed here: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/HQx6Mp
  17. Okay yes, we were talking about the same content (effectively) but on different pages. The homepage is indeed a bit more narrow and there's not much of anything below those lists that you'd have to scroll more to get to so I agree. Longer and wider lists here would be more functional with little drawback, but personally I never really visit the homepage (just go straight to the forum section) so I'm not terribly invested in that myself.
  18. Seems likely, I'm already most of the way up to speed and I've been pausing somewhat regularly to get some gaming in on one of the 2080 Tis.
  19. After spending a healthy amount of time in Diablo 3, I've heard many a time that Diablo 2 is still worth checking out. I suppose this will be a great opportunity since I value aesthetics in games a bit more than I should.
  20. For the number of threads, are you referring to the top of the general forum navigation page? To be honest, I wish those weren't there at all. I know they're useful, but I'd prefer if the forum button just took me to the overall forum directory and nothing else.
