  1. I think this is your best version of this theme yet. Which pushing you along was ultimately my goal in remixing your work. That's not something I normally do, but I really respect that you are taking it upon yourself to generate not just one but multiple different merch options. I actually have a BFA in digital art and design, but I've just been in a rut after a lot of personal issues so I stepped away from art. I have been wanting to start doing more creative work though. I'll eventually get to making more of my own work but if you ever need someone to critique your work or bounce ideas off of, I'm always wiling to help.
  2. OCN watercooling is the Coolest™ new dating app. Definitely best to talk for a bit before going out for drinks and airing out what you both expect from the relationship. Can't be a slut that brings someone home and builds a PC on the first date.
  3. Right but this seems more like help an OCN homie not a quit my day job and become a boutique PC builder situation.
  4. Why don't you go to them? When I was last trying to sell a custom loop PC on FB marketplace I had a guy hit me up asking for help. I just showed up at dudes house with a box of tools and a heatgun and did a custom loop on their kitchen table.
  5. I actually liked the grid better on the original... I decided to put on some future funk and combine both of your versions into a new take. Hopefully you don't mind.
  6. At this point I have a reputation to uphold. Couldn't come in here with some bland default color stats.
  7. I don't think the logo recolor works well with things like the gradient or whatever this is supposed to be. I'd just flatten the whole logo and make it the same color as the other text. As for the other ideas, I think the modded GPU would look cool to fill that space.
  8. While I was out of town for work, some goodies showed up. Reference 6950XT and some custom cables for my travel PC refresh I never actually checked the dimensions and didn't realize how small the reference AMD cards were. Makes my 3090FTW look dummy thicc in comparison. Can't wait to get the waterblocks on and see how this combo does. For this temporary setup I'm gonna try just a single external 4x120 rad with T30's. That isn't as overkill as I normally do but I'm thinking it will actually work great. Also not pictured, but an adjustable pedal plate for my racing sim was also delivered which I'm excited to actually be able to use soon.
  9. Welcome! Custom liquid cooling never makes sense when looking at price to performance but it's a lot of fun. Just had a look at the builds you linked and you have some great platforms to work with.
  10. Nice thing about upgrading older platforms is finding deals on stuff. Funny enough Titanrig is the seller via the Amazon link you posted, but buying the same block from them directly from their site it's on sale for $42.50 Watercool HEATKILLER IV GPU Water Block for RTX 2080 Ti, RGB, Acryl Ni (4251312603663) WWW.TITANRIG.COM The HEATKILLER? IV VGA series is manufactured for high-performance water cooling for grapgics cardsCompatible with NVIDIA Geforce RTX...
  11. Yes, I was planning on giving away 5 of the larger and 5 of the smaller stickers this foldathon.
  12. Well I guess I'll be torturing my Arc soon. Gotta play with my new 6950xt first though
  13. Yep +1 for cars and audio. Additionally enjoy being outside. I like things like kayaking, target shooting, and walking.
  14. This is a welcome change. I have always had forums.extremehw.net bookmarked and rarely go to the main site.
  15. Nice thing about the Alphacool AIOs are that they are based on their normal custom loop parts. They use standard G1/4 fittings and copper radiators. Makes it easier to expand or upgrade down the line.
  16. Ken Block Killed in Snowmobile Accident WWW.ROADANDTRACK.COM He was 55 years old. RIP
  17. I'm pretty excited about it, looks like it's done well. As far as I know Crunchyroll will be the only option outside of Japan at least initially.
  18. I played through it on PS4 years ago and loved it. I need to finish playing NieR Replicant on PC then replay Automata on PC. Partially just to re-experience it on OLED and also to get hyped up for the the new anime adaptation of Automata that is coming out on the 7th.
  19. So I'm finally making some progress on the sim rig. Dropped the 11900k in a while ago, still need to do all the decals and swap the GPU. Decided to stick with one ecosystem and ditch the Logitech gear in favor of an all Thrustmaster setup. Picked up a TS-PC Racer Ferrari 488 Challenge Edition. I bought one TSS handbrake/sequential shifter that I have configured as a handbrake currently. Not sure if I want to get an H-pattern shifter or just another one of these to use as a sequential. Can't really drift with the paddle shifters on the wheel. Need to figure out a better pedal mounting solution since the mounting plate on this older Playseat Evolution isn't large enough to hit the mounting holes on the Thrustmaster pedals. I jerry rigged it with big ass washers just to test it out and 2 minutes into clutch kicks and chill the pedals came off So, I've got a bit more to buy and other stuff to install but she's coming together finally.
  20. She's been dabbling in CAD for some of her jewelry making which is where it's shortcomings were brought to light.
  21. My mom uses a Mac at home but has a few programs that require Windows. I threw together a basic rig for her a while back but it was starting to show its age. She asked if I had any parts lying around to upgrade it. Old PC i5 6500 ASRock Z270M Pro4 Gigabyte Windforce RX 460 4GB 8GB of 2133Mhz 256GB NVMe + 128GB SATA m.2 I decided to rob the CPU/MOBO/RAM from my travel PC. I'll shuffle around parts from other rigs to get that rig back online and buy myself some upgrades along the way. New(ish) PC i5 11500 MSI B560i Edge RX 460 32GB of 3200Mhz 1TB NVMe Her old build was in a cheap Rosewill case with a non modular ATX PSU. It was also in Florida... So instead of just shipping her a box of parts and rebuilding the PC when I got down there for Christmas, I decided to build her an entire new PC. I picked up a Phanteks Evolv Shift but decided it would look kind of empty. So I gave her my Louqe Raw S1 that I picked up for myself and never used do to thermal concerns with higher end hardware. Everything is a tight fit in this case. I was building it in the Discord chat so a few peeps saw the struggle. the BeQuiet! Shadow Rock LP cooler fit with just a couple millimeters to spare. Supposedly you can use an SFX-L but I tried squeezing in a Seasonic SGX-500 and it wasn't having it. Corsair SF450 worked albeit still a snug fit. Got everything up and running then boxed it up and shipped it to her. I moved over the RX 460 4GB from the previous build because she doesn't really need a dGPU so it didn't make sense to get her anything fancier. The router is a foot away and the PC is hardwired anyway so I stuck the WiFi antenna inside the case. Got it all setup for her. Now I just need to convince her to to buy a bigger desk so next Christmas I can surprise her with some better monitors.
  22. Nice review. Really appreciate the high quality photography throughout.
  23. Bought some more T30s today. Wasn't paying attention and didn't realize they wouldn't ship for a while
