Hey guys. Long time overclock.net member (since 2012) and a bit of a lurker around here even though I set up my account quite some time ago.

 

Looking for that pre-V bulletin OCN vibe. OCN just doesn't feel the same.  Hoping here is more active. Hoping alot of the OCN old blood I still out here kicking.

Nah, seriously welcome!  Long time no see!!!  I too, left that other place that shall not be named.  I don't even remember when I left lol.  Seems to be much better here.

EHW is where I talk to my friends.  OCN is where I "grind" materials for the cool sword I want to craft.  Speaking of which, I'm only on page 75 of 320 in [Official] AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Owner's Club | Overclock.net, so back to work I go .

well heck that is awesome! This thread has gotten more answers in the space of a few hours than three separate threads I am following on OCN. Damn! Its good to be home!

I think it was Cssorkinman or someone from the Vishera owners club on OCN. Can't remember who it was but instantly this thread feels more alive than the entirety of "The place that must not be named". 

 

Although in all fairness. The recent platform migration for that place is miles ahead of V-Bulletin. But due to the Great Exodus, it still hasn't regained its soul. It still feels a bit soulless and dead.

Oh I remember. I seem to remember helping with overclocking on the Vishera Owners Club. At least I think it was that.

Yeah I just been looking for a lively forum to talk computer things with but it just takes a while it seems for things to happen on The Other Place.

It has taken a while. But alas I think its time to jump ship. It just doesn't feel the same there.

Definitely going to join the water cooling club that is for sure. Maybe mech keyboard club. But my Roccat is pretty boring compared to some of the self-boards you guys have made yourselves.

Well I haven't looked too deeply yet. But like I know alot of us aren't running cutting edge hardware because scalping etc. So starting some owners clubs for those of us running older but still capable cpus and gpus won't go a miss me thinks. Like zen 2 owners club (assuming we haven't got one) a pascal and Vega owners club? I just wouldn't have the time with work and commitments to admin these groups sigh.
