Caselabs: CaseLabs is back

Recommended Posts

  • 3 weeks later...

I really hope they bring tempered glass panels for our cases. The acrylic is so easy to scratch.

It would be nice to update front panel headers to new interfaces.

New Caselabs builds inspire so many to want to get into the hobby.

  • Thanks 1

Yeah hope this works out!  I have four CaseLabs cases that I've managed to collect over the last few years that still need to be built in!

Hoping to get and extended top or two, plus other  accessories.

How many total CL cases are you up to now?

Having four must be nice. I do regret selling my s8s and TH10.

Hey Dagamus_NM great to see you here!  I remember you posting on my "Devastator" build log.

As for how many cases I have besides the THW10 for the "Devastator", I have an SM8 that I'll probably build something for my wife.  I also have a SM8-A in perfect condition from ebay that I'll be doing a build for one of my friends that will be my next build, and a very nice S8 with a windowed top panel and pedestal that will eventually replace my current secondary rig that I purchased from a member on OCN.

I also picked up a S5 off of ebay that has most of the outer panels stripped down to the metal and the prior owner gave up on it, I'll custom powder coat that one whenever I get around to building in it.

I bought some custom feet for my s8 cases from MNPC a few years back. For an s8 with a pedestal these are perfect.

Mnpctech's "Grooved" Desktop Custom PC Case feet are CNC Machined from 6061 Aluminum. Great for Computer cases that are...

I have one set of these and a set of smooth ones that they don't seem to have listed anymore.

Anyhow, these case feet are not cheap. But at the same time they are not cheap.

yes this is the basically the style im trying to find but the prices are incredible.. Mainly if it is from the audiophile corner 😄😄

Will try to find a handy man with the machine to make it from solid Aluminum or copper billets - making them a bit customized.... Lets see. If im successful ill report back the outcome 🙂

basically very similar design, but instead almost 80 USD i paid 40 EUR - they are custom hand made (you can see it on the rills as they are not the same  😄 😄  - but its mine so i don't care :P) and the diameter is 50mm and 40 mm height 🙂  which should be twice the height (if my calculations are right)compared to the MNPCTECH.... will post some pics after i get it installed ... Maybe i will try to get on it a brushed look but lets see..
