  1. The team here is great, really chewing up the competition!
  2. Just for my education, the rest of the team stats I assume you scrape onto our Stats site backend to make our widget work, can the same scrape be done for the ranking ?
  3. I look forward to it, some extra insight would be great. I am really happy with pfsense and works well for me. I would likely only entertain moving to something "Better" if some catastrophic happened. But if there was a time a move would make sense, it would be nice to be well informed on opnsense
  4. It is still alive, just not posted in for a while. I still use pfsense, love it. I have zero experience with Opensense though.
  5. I see both sides to this. While I understand that AMD is very likely leaning on manufacturers to limit the potential of damage to the CPU and by extension RMA's, it also sucks for those who opted for one of these CPU's will now lose an avenue of chasing extra performance. However, with PBO being what it is these days, for those wanting the performance of the X3D chips, the loss of overclocking abilities may be a worthwhile trade off for most who are happy to just let PBO run its course.
  6. Glad you have sorted it. It is not unheard of that some USB sticks are unliked by some devices and simply swapping for another will resolve it. I have had this on USB flashback before. Why they are unliked, I do not know as the size was the same as was the filesystem, so it must come down to the hardware/firmware on the USB.
  7. Nothing particularly new. Agencies or just people in general have masked their activities by conducting themselves through other mediums to try and avoid being detected in plain sight. Considering nature of gaming discussions in forums and chats, I would imagine it is a good medium for disguising legitimate "spy" related discussions which to the normal person would seem normal, or just a little out of context. I know if I see some chatter that is semi related but out of context I would scream "Spy!"
  8. Wow that is impressive, just goes to show that irrespective of the core counts, the architecture improvements are really leapfrogging. I am looking forward to Zen 5, being the 2nd gen for the DDR5 platform, we should see some additional maturity and performance improvements over Zen 4. Not that I am in the market for a new PC at all, I was never going to pay the possible early adopters tax this time round with Zen 4, I have done that for so many gens and end up in a worse place for it, sometimes. Not all the time. When time is tight these days, I do not have the time to tweak and play with a system to get it where it should be. I will still always spec and build my own systems, but the days of early adoption, especially with major platform changes are gone lol.
  9. Yes, now that it is free, it is available in Account Settings for all.
  10. Do we know what his status is at the moment, admittedly I have not caught up with him lately. Depending on his schedule, I would like to see if he is still up for the Podcast.
  11. I must be lucky, though it did take some tuning, I run my 64GB Kit at 3800Mhz CL16 on my 5950x. 3600Mhz is however the sweet spot for the 5000 series in any case and the benefit seen above that in real world scenarios you are not really going to notice.
  12. I am not opposed to group buys and it is something that would have to be organized among members to throw in the cash for a big purchase and organize the shipping. The issues faced is that you would need someone in a trusted position to hold the money to ensure that the person making the purchase does not just get everyone's money and run, I have seen that before and it is ugly & again, someone in a trusted position would have to receive the goods in bulk, and then ship out the items to the buyers. In theory, it sounds easy, but it is when you get to the shipping of the items to all the buyers is where the headache comes in, at least for the person having to ship a tonne of packages. Like I say, not opposed to it but you would just have to have the right people willing to be a part of it. Yep that is it!
  13. We must find new ways of temptation!
  14. When im home I will see if I can find my BIOS screenshots for my 5950X OC and upload them here as it should detail the PPT,EDC & TDC.
  15. This. You should be just fine if the second set of RAM matches your first, you shouldn't have any issues with Overclocking. But failing that, as above, get a complete 64GB set. I hope you manage to get it sorted.
  16. I feel you bud. The current economic climate in many ways is putting a squeeze on finances for me and lots of other people I know. Have had to make cut backs in lots of areas. Not a good time for the TV to die lmao.
  17. Happy to revisit this. The Old Podcasts were great and really enjoyable. It ultimately only stopped due to people's availability. So if people's availability has opened up or there are others willing to step up, im all for it.
  18. Don't get me wrong, I know they are quality cases, no doubt about that, and they are boutique and anything in that category always comes at a premium. I would love to get a CaseLabs case, perhaps once they are back in production they will be cheaper...though I reckon not by much.
