    Ah, the 840 looks like it was a really cool case. One of the cases I looked at fondly when I was just getting into PC building.

    Ah, this almost makes me miss my 932. Was my first case. I still have it, but it's just been sitting in a closet for years.

    For what it's worth, the more recent driving looks a lot smoother and you're probably more consistent as a result.

    That was my initial thought as well. Collaboration between two of the companies that warrant the most concern as far as privacy goes is a bit daunting.

    Interesting, props to you for actually using it in a few different games. I've just used mine for general browsing at my couch/TV PC when I didn't feel like using my wireless keyboard and mouse, and I've found the touchpad to be pretty comfortable to use for me. But I agree, I'm not sure how exactly that could be improved, but with the innovation of the first Steam controller itself, I have some faith that they can come up with something.

    Pretty pleased with my apartment's internet. DL used to be around 800 but I guess traffic has gone up recently or something.

    Well I guess that explains something, but that's still a bit disappointing to find out. You have separate pages for folding on each each team, even though it's the same account. No big deal since stats are collected on the official F@H stats reporting site, but still a minor annoyance.

    Yeah I'm pretty much saying that I find it interesting that more modules generally provides more performance, but it's not much, and yes, like you said, it varies from game to game. In practice though, especially with 1440p, ultrawide, and other higher resolutions becoming increasingly popular, I think this difference would be smaller in most cases since you would be more GPU bound.

    I got a Steam controller during the last few days it was available when they were trying to get rid of all of their stock, so it was a whopping $5 (though shipping was like $7 or $9 or something). I quite like it, but I wouldn't have spent more than $20 on it. I really like the idea of modular devices though. I was quite interested in the concept of modular phones, and I was rather disappointed when those seemed to flop. Hopefully that won't be the case here.

    Interesting indeed, thought it's not something I've considered too much before. Results in charts are a big greater than I would expect, but based on their conclusions in the last few paragraphs what with all of the variables involved in a real world scenario, I take it the difference is largely negligible, or at least inconsistent across each individual case?

    Hopefully the rate of incoming work units only improves as time goes on to bump up those numbers or at least offset the end of the giveaway, but today hasn't been really encouraging. Was alright when I woke up but now I'm really struggling for WUs again. worse than the last few days. Great effort overall though!

    Only missing a WU in one of my slots. However the pause/unpause trick doesn't seem to work very often for me.

    Wowee I just noticed my 980 Ti on Windows 10 is cranking out just over 1M PPD. Even just a couple months ago I think it was still outputting around 650K, like it has been for years.
