Electromagnetic interference from internal components is a potential issue with PC audio, but as far as I understand that really only impacts anything after the digital to analog conversion process as digital would be immune to any EMI. The storage, being the first link in the chain would come way before the digital to analog conversion and therefore it couldn't possibly have any impact on audio quality. If the user isn't even converting to analog and just using HDMI for audio then it's a non-issue entirely. On top of all that, I think an m.2 SSD has got to be so low power anyway that nothing about it's power consumption could possibly make a tangible difference in audio quality. 

 

I think even if you try to give this thing the benefit of doubt, it's still nothing but a useless gimmick; but here we are talking about so if it was intended just to grab attention for being absurd in hopes of selling to a few people who are crazy enough to buy this, looks like they achieved that goal. I've seen this on multiple tech sites already.
