Have to pay the roofer tomorrow so the work begins shortly after, also have to start getting ready for my procedure week after next and have that money for the co-pay available.
Don't worry, it's nothing of concern but has to be done anyway and can promise you I'm not looking foward to it like all else medical-related.

All the best with the problems Bones, I hope both the medical and material issues will be solved soon 👍

Well it only "air quotes" took me 3 days and nights to get the DFI NF4 SLI DR set up and able to boot into windows with drivers that'll allow me to download stuff with sound and it's a good feeling to be past the difficult part of getting it running for this competition 😕  I think I'll leave it set up this time.  Besides I need a decent legacy PC for things like Floppy drive etc etc etc.

Ok I'm off to bed now after this run.  all stock pretty much.  The cpu is delided and I don't know where the lid is.  HWBot is asking questions about the cpu in the drop down menu like Manchester clawhammer newcastle etc.  I don't have a clue.  Maybe some one that knows more about these cpu's can figure it out from the cpuz screen shot???

Be careful, you are missing a memory tab in that screenshot. You have a Venice 3500+. It is easily identifiable from CPUz. Reference images below.

Thank you ENTERPRISE.  When comparing the stepping code of my cpuz cpu capture they don't have the same code.

Thank you Avacado,

If it was a snake it would have bit me 😕

venice is exactly what it says in the cpuz..  I'll add the cpuz screen for memory spd then post the screen shot here to double check prior to submitting.

Just make sure its the right one. There is a memory tab and a memory SPD tab. You will need the first memory tab. The SPD tab is only required if specified in the round. Ill have to double check.

I put the memory tab inside the cinebench 11.5 screen.  Is that not allowed? I'll have to change the resolution again to fit 3 or 4 cpuz screenshots on the screen with cinebench 11.5.

Other thing is I don't see any option for uploading for validation from the cinebench 11.5 app.  Does it need to be validated with a url link or just the screen shot will do?

Nope - That will get booted on the spot.
The rules in general for Cinebench says no part of the rendered scene can be obscured so you can't have any CPU-Z tabs covering it or any part of it for that matter - And of course that applies to comps as well.
I'll add if you think it's needed, include it anyway as part of the screenie so at least you have a better chance of it being right.

Yep - It's a 3500+ Venice, a 3500+ Orleans is an AM2 chip.

I"M at 1920x1080 with 100% dpi scaling.  Not sure what to do in order to get it all to fit on the screen.

Below I overlapped the cpuz tabs to get the 3 to fit on the screen.  Is this acceptable?

EDIT:  I just read the rules for cinebench 11.5 and it says cpuz 1.96 or newer is required.  I had ver 1.79.  Downloaded ver 2.02 and will save another screen shot with the cpuz ver 2.02

Going back to a single 1080p display for these comps has been painful coming from 4k/multimonitor setups.

I usually have things overlapping a little bit and nobody has said anything. I've also been on the naughty list for bad submissions so we should probably wait for clarification from someone that knows for sure.

I don't know for sure, so don't take what I am saying as what you should do, but couldn't the Cinebench window be resized to give you more screen room? Or does it cut off the rendering when you do that?

I think that will be sufficient. As Sir B pointed out, you could resize the Cinebench window to the edge to allow for your CPUz windows to fit 2 top and 1 below. What you have looks good to me and I would fight for it to be recognized if it were called into question.

OK I'll submit that last screen shot then.

I made the cinebench window as small as possible with out cutting off any of the rendered images and still showing the info below the rendered images.

ON to get this Foxconn Destroyer to booting and submitting a iGPU score.

sorry to be such a newb but more questions.

not sure how to enter the HDD.  it is a sata drive but not sure if I should enter as ide or ahci?

can y'all look over the screen shot below and tell me if there are any needed changes prior to submitting the entry?

Regarding the mobo.  I don't have the UT box or it does not say UT on my box packaging but HWBot does not have just the plain NF4 SLI DR option  Is it ok to enter is as the UT variant?

Also ram speed.  200 or 400?

It's probably running in AHCI mode, but you don't have to fill in anything irrelevant to the benchmark. There used to be badges you could earn by using certain vendor's products but I haven't seen those points added in years. Like I've been sitting at 48/50 for that g.skill achievement and I know I have blown past that half a decade ago.

As Damric stated, filling in your Storage and PSU is not typically something I do unless specified. If you are not running IDE cables to your hard disk, it's AHCI. As for RAM, if you are talking about the sub-menu that I don't see in your picture that is asking for "Frequency", give the full frequency in MHz.

FYI, achievements on the site have been broken for some time now. You can manually go into your achievements page and force recalculations of each badge if you think you have met the goal.

Glad you got the Venice ran and submitted.  That screenie looked good to me, and @Avacadosaid he'd fight for it to be recognized if questioned, so good enough. 👍

To the quoted:

You don't need to worry about HDD.  Just select IDE or AHCI, and call it a day.  Maybe put in the capacity if you want.  It's irrelevant to the benchmark in question.

RAM speed is 200 and PC3200.  They're asking for the MHz value, not the DDR value.  I have seen people put the DDR speed in runs at times (so 400), but I don't think TECHNICALLY that would be correct as DDR400 is running at 200MHz.  And it specifies MHz next to it.

ok got it submitted.  now to read the foxconn destroyer manual.  it's not posting 😕  worse case scenario i use one of the other two destroyer boards 😉  using a 5400+ x2 to start and once all is well i'll drop the ph ii x4 940 BE in the board.

Edit:  I tried two different mobo's with two different x2 5400+ cpu's and not post on either one.  Then I tried the Ph ii X4 940 BE and it would not post either.  It took pulling all the ram and finding a slot that would allow it to post with just one ram stick installed.  Ram want's 2.1v but bios default is 1.8v.  So once I got into bios and changed the dram voltage to 2.1 I was able to post to 4x ram sticks.

taking a break to look at my whirlpool front load dryer.  It's making a squealing noise and I think it could be the belt idler pulley or one of the other two idler wheels.  Hopefully it's not the felt around the drum rubbing on the chassis.  Ok enough extreme dryer talk 😜

ok just finally got the Foxconn Destroyer iGPU run to work and ran 3DMark03.  First run is 3879  Looks like uploading validation is broken or I have to update some thing to get it to validate.

I'll try to get it to validate if I can and I'll try to run it at a bigger resolution so I can get it all to fit on the screen

ok just finally got the Foxconn Destroyer iGPU run to work and ran 3DMark03.  First run is 3879  Looks like uploading validation is broken or I have to update some thing to get it to validate.

I'll try to get it to validate if I can and I'll try to run it at a bigger resolution so I can get it all to fit on the screen

I'm going to caution you about something here - CPU-Z is NOT showing the actual MHz the chip was at for the run.
If you have Cool and quiet enabled, disable it and try again.

I've seen subs like this before but there was at least some indication of the actual MHz the chip was running at, there is no such indication here and this will probrably get tossed.

Unless you were really running it at that speed this isn't going to fly very far.

Tip:
Proof means just that - That you can show and prove things to backup the results and if something is off or doesn't look right, check it and correct as required.
I know you're probrably new to HWbot and their comps and that's OK, but at the same time it doesn't help either.
Any sub that gets tossed on a technicality doesn't help you at all, plus may even get you in trouble as a potential cheater in the first place.

Just remember this is a comp and the other guys WILL be looking for ANYTHING they can find to get a competitor's sub tossed.

There is a joke that goes around HWbot that says "If you can't beat 'em, report 'em".

That's why you need to check and double check every detail you can, including looking at other subs from others in general to have an idea of HOW it's supposed to be and go from there.
Good luck, I know you'll get it right in the end.
